Question: Do students have email addresses and how are they formatted?

Answer: Students in grades 5-12 are provided Keystone School email addresses. The format of the address in most cases is first initial+last name@keystoneschool.org (Note: students with siblings with the same first initials may have to use the first & second letter of their firstname as usernames must be unique). You should go to students.keystoneschool.org and click the Email link there to access your account. You will use the same password that you use to log on to computers at school and/or Canvas.

Question: I was able to log into Canvas before and now I am unable to using the same password. Why?

Answer: The most common reason is that someone has changed your username in RenWeb/FACTS. The Canvas login system pulls the username directly from RenWeb/FACTS and then uses the same password that you use to login to school computers or your email. The username in RenWeb/FACTS must match exactly the username on our school servers. Your username is the portion of your Keystone email address before the "@" symbol, usually your first initial+last name. This is a security feature meant to protect your data. Please never change your username in RenWeb/FACTS.

If your username in RenWeb/FACTS has not been changed. Please go to reset.keystoneschool.org and verify your password, change your password, or unlock your account.
